Deep in the coastal redwood forest, you will find Wilson Vineyard. A small 2.4 acre vineyard planted with the utmost care in 2001. The clones are Dijon 115 and 777 planted with traditional 8'x5' spacing and farmed organically from day one. Wilson Vineyard sits on a steep hillside with shallow top soils over Franciscan bedrock. The shallow, poor soil results in low yields and a wine that is bold and rich with structured tannins.
